FASHION MADE TO FIT
In 2007, Banana Republic's mens shoe collection had been struggling in sales due to an off-the-shelf product that was quickly becoming associated with precarious fit, cheap construction and an absence of loyal customers.
Synonymous with comfort, they tasked the design team at Clarks Americas to redesign and reengineer their entire line of mens footwear. The design challenge was to build a comfortable product using a Clarks "engine" while staying true to the Banana Republic brand values and European cut. (project completed while at Clarks Americas)
